Atmos Power Systems, a nonutility division of Atmos Energy Corporation, develops distributed generation plants for third parties, primarily municipals and industrial businesses. They currently have installations in two cities in Tennessee.

The services that Atmos Power Systems provides are broken out into two groups:

• Industrial
• Utility
