Atmos Power Systems installed (turn-key) the 20MW power plant in seven months, leasing the facility for 10 years to a food processing industrial customer. The power plant allows the customer to elect an interruptible electric rate significantly reducing yearly energy costs.

Power is generated at 13,800 volts and connected directly to the customer's substation. The design includes generator controls which allow remote start/stop and monitoring.

Details: 12 Natural gas engine driven generators environmentally permitted to operate 1,200 hours per year.
